Lots of E numbers - and salt

These may taste fine but are they really such a healthy option? Each pack contains six different E numbers and has a high salt content. Regular noodles, which have more calories, have none.

Very tasty konjac Noodles

Tasty konjac Noodles! Love the sauce and I actually quite like the consistency of the konjac! Decent amount of noodles but you might need to top it up with some vegetables to make it a more consistent meal.

Hear me out

Right, so these are a small amount of noodles in a thin sauce, add protein etc and theyre nice. Ignore the heating instructions as you need at least 2-3 minutes to heat in a microwaveable bowl. The sachet is metal lined so cant go in there. The price is ridiculous to be honest for so little. Yes, theyll be ideal for someone calorie counting, but these barely fill the smallest of holes. Would be fair at half the price.
