Slightly odd anise flavour
The sponge is a bit heavy and that liquorish taste in the frosting is unusual. I ate the sponge only.

Delicious
One of the best carrot cakes. Texture is great, flavour is perfect not too sweet. Love keeping one in the freezer for a treat. Delicious!

Not Carrot cake
Very weird liquorice taste, far too much icing. Definitely not like any carrot cake Ive ever tasted, unpleasant!
