Best coconut milk
I really enjoyed this dairy free milk alternative in my porridge. Not an overwhelming coconut taste which I like and doesnt separate. Our 6 year old also enjoyed in his porridge and couldnt tell the difference. I like that it has added vitamins, even though we try to get ours from natural sources every little helps.
Best in tea and coffee so far.
I thought almond milk was about the best you could get as a milk substitute to add to hot beverages. I was wrong, this is much better. So glad I tried it, I have been using it in tea without giving it too much thought. Will continue to buy it instead of cows milk.
My new favourite milk. Creamy and full of goodness. Obsessed.
Not for me....
As many have said, this is way too creamy in texture and sweeter. I think for those that are regular buyers of the unsweetened koko, this may be too sweet (like me). The texture here for me is the main dislike which has clearly been thickened. It was awful in my porridge, ok in a cup of tea, better in a shake. Personally, i would not buy again as I didn't enjoy enough. I'm also not keen on the added vitamins, for some this may be ok but I like to ensure I have my vitamins covered from more natural sources. I don't mind a few, but I think this was a bit too much effort! A bit too many additives for my liking too...unsure why oil has been added to a milk alternative (probably why some have had issues with seperations in hot drinks??? Would I recommend?....NO. It seems like a great (deliberate) effort to replicate full fat cows milk...something i have NO interest is wanting to taste again! Please aim to get your required nutrients from natural sources (rather than synthetic additives)
Didn’t enjoy it
I really wish I could like this since it has extra vitamins and minerals but I really did not. It has a rather weird taste and it’s almost too creamy. It also was very hard for me to digest it for some reason.
This milk actually tastes delicious in tea. The only one for me that doesnt change the taste a normal cuppa.
