Just Add:
200g egg noodles, fresh or rehydrated
150g sirloin steak, sliced
150g mix stir-fry vegetables
- 50g carrots, fine sliced
- 50g red /yellow/green pepper, finely sliced
- 30g beansprout
- 20g tenderstem broccoli, cut into bite size
1 tsp ginger, granted
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 pack of Lee Kum Kee Rich & Savoury Noodle Stir-fry Sauce
- Also great to use for pork, chicken, vegan meat or portobello mushrooms.
Easy
1 Marinate the beef with 1 Tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Rich & Savoury Noodle Stir-fry Sauce and set aside for 10mins.
2 Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, then stir-fry beef for 2mins then add ginger and broccoli to cook for another 2mins.
3 Add egg noodles, rest of Lee Kum Kee Rich & Savoury Noodle Stir-fry Sauce and vegetables to stir-fry for further 5mins, or until all ingredients are heated through then serve.

My teenage daughter loves this
Not vegetarian so I haven't actually had this. However my daughter really loves this sauce. Great taste. Asked me to add more to the shopping to go with her noodles
