Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
Cook in the oven for a further 16 mins.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a High heat. Fry for 2 mins each side. Transfer to a baking tray.
