To put it lightly, nasty. Where is the fish and what is the texture?
Wonderful
These browned nicely in the oven and tasted great. Not katsu flavour per se, but a nice warm spice similar to eating pakora or something. Good size too and nice and filling. There's no curry sauce, but the fishcakes themselves are quite moist compared to some - I had mine with a dash of ketchup because I'm uncivilised but mango chutney and a little raita or yoghurt would probably work great too!
Tasteless
These fish cakes were pretty bland and didn’t taste like katsu. There was also no sauce in the middle, instead the un-katsu-like flavouring was throughout the fish cake.
nice
Nice fishckaes not to spicy
Underwhelmed
Not a lot of fish, quite a lot of mashyness. Tasty enough although I'd not run back for more.
didnt taste like katsu
The fishcakes themselves were fine, but the sauce was unlike any katsu sauce I've ever come across, it was green with strong bitter notes. Maybe too much coriander?
