Cook until juices run clear and no pink meat remains.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
After cooking leave to stand for 1 min.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking. Remove all packaging.

Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 11-14 mins
Preheat grill to medium heat. Place burgers onto a preheated baking tray.
Turn halfway through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 12-15 mins
Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in frying pan until hot. Place burgers into the pan and fry over a medium heat.

Great taste but too much fat
I know that lamb is fatty but I was shocked by how much fat came out of these burgers while eating them. There was fat pooled along the plate and so much was running down my arm from holding the burgers that I had to remove my watch. The burgers actually tasted really good but I did not enjoy eating them because of the mess that they created. Would not buy these again.
Nice enough
Got these on a flash sale, nice enough and would eat them again but they would have to be at the flash price price, not worth full price.
GREAT LAMB BURGERS
Great mix of meat and fat. I do think if people don't like fat, they really should just get a lamb steak, burgers just arent for them. Not sure if i think the "full on Flavour" line is valid, other than lamb is generally a stronger flavour on its on than most meats. will def buy again
Full of hard pieces of gristle
I am not sure what happened with the quality control on this. I found 4 big hard pieces of gristle in my burger, and my daughter found another 3 pieces in hers. Flavouring is nice, but I am not getting this again.
