Instructions
Barbecue - From Chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, cooking temperatures and weather conditions. Place kebabs on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high heat gas BBQ. Turn frequently and cook until evenly browned with light charring and no pink meat remaining.; Cooking Instructions - General. Handling raw meat safely:

Needs cooking. Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 12-14 mins
Preheat grill to medium. Place tin foil over exposed ends of the skewers. Place kebabs on grill rack. Turn frequently. Allow to stand for 1 min. The meat must be thoroughly cooked until the juices run clear. The meat must be piping hot with no pink meat remaining. Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Remove skewers prior to serving.

I like them
Of course it’s not a patch on the real thing. I can’t compare it to what you eat in Turkey or turkish restaurants but if I view it as a product on its own it’s good. Cooks well in the oven on a tray, I didn’t grill them.

yuk - gristly, greasy and flavourless
One could guess its meat on a blind test, but what type, it would be hard to tell. Unpleasant grisly texture, no discernible lamb flavour and oozing loads of fat. I had one in a pitta with salad, but couldn't face the rest. Just thoroughly unpleasant. So it's back to the local Turkish restaurant for a proper lamb adana.

Contained gristle
The taste was nice enough. A lot of grease came out when cooking them. I was put off by the bits of gristle so wont be purchasing again.
