very nice, but why such a big box?
Very good tender chicken spicy but not too strong. Would I buy it again? Not sure, four chicken thighs and sauce for £8 not overly good value. I bought as part of a dinner meal deal with Chips and lemon tarts. So not bad value. But why such a big box? Chicken could have fitted in a box at least half the size.
nice and spicy
These thighs are quite big and cooking is easy, they were surprisingly more spicier than I thought they would be. My only moan is the thighs are on the bone.
very small portion
Im on the fence a bit with this. The 4 pieces are extremely small and could easily fit into half the packaging to accommodate them! I oven cooked as instructed and yes they do look a little questionable once removed from the plastic vacuum seal. Then I watched them shrink further in the oven! My husband looking more worried about his portion size! That said I was pleasantly surprised by the flavour and tenderness of the meat. I served with crushed potatoes and roasted mediterranean vegetables with Tzatziki dip. M&S you could put 2 more in the box? I probably will order again, but will order 2 portions next time! 6 pieces would be a perfect portion for 2
Tiny
You see the size of the box and believe you're in for a treat! The vacuum packed chicken thighs are less than half the size of the box and they are bone in thighs so you can imagine exactly how much meat you get. For £8, these are throroughly disappointing. Flavour was 'fine', nothing special. I wouldnt buy again.
dont buy listen to the reviews and save yourself
I just cooked these. They are vacuum packed in a plastic bag. They looked really awful but I ignored this and placed my trust in marks&spencers. I followed the instructions. I ate quarter of one, soft like some other weird meat. Sauce on top of chicken tasted vinegary. Rest are going in bin. I dont think the meat was fresh either .. just a huge fail and an expensive one at that. Thought I would try something different. I eat Korean chicken all the time, but leave it to a restaurant and buy some proper ones that actually taste good. :( disappointed.
Just OK
4 x average size thighs. OK if you want a quick meal, otherwise, purchase the raw ingredients and make yourself.
