Instructions
Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Rare 3-6 mins Medium 5-8 mins Needs cooking. Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat pan on high. Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Rest for 5 mins before serving. Do not reheat.

This is ok for stir fry, but not as a single steak.
Falls apart on removal from packet.
Did taste ok, but not what you expect when you buy fillet steak.
when ordering an m&s fillet steak you don't expect glued pieces of meat you expect one chunk of meat!
we gave a second shot at this and same result sort it out M&S
Worst fillet steak weve ever had! Full of gristle and sinew, not a nice flavour and very tough. Very disappointed as was purchased for a special dinner. Expensive and definitely not worth the money not what I expected from M&S.
Made to look like one piece of steak but there not. One fell into three different pieces the other four different bits which made it hard to gauge cooking times. Was very fatty with some gristle. Thought better of M&S products. Wont be buying again
