Creamy
left out of the fridge for a while to soften. Unfortunately for my waistline we ate it all in two sittings
Tasteless
Very disappointing, will not purchase again.
Tasty
Pleasant, mild blue, brie type cheese.
Sorry but really not a good Cambozola.....
So disappointed at first bite, this Cambozola has a very strong but coarse 'blue' flavour which is really not nice at all and far from the creamy dreamy cheese that I was expecting so back to the 'W' version for me!
I wanted to like this BUT….
It had absolutely no flavour whatsoever. Really disappointing. I left it out of the fridge to come up to room temperature as I do with all my cheeses but it tasted of nothing. Even though it visibly contains blue cheese, there wasn’t a hint of it. Do not mistake this for Brie or blue as it’s neither.
A cross between Camembert and Gorgonzola
Hence the name . Not a bad idea, it works (German ingenuity).
