Cooking Instructions - General. Remove sleeve & pierce film.
For best results, microwave.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 4 mins, 30 secs
900W 4 mins
Cook on high (100%).
After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min.
Stir before serving.
Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 30 mins

hmmm. not nice
Not something I would buy again. Like mushrooms, like chicken, like rice but not like this. Nothing positive to add.

As far as microwave meals go this is very good and tasty! Think Id prefer it without chicken.
