Great sauce
Must admit I've never been a fan of jarred sauces but having tried this when cooking facilities were severely limited, I've changed my mind on this one. Really good and versatile and an unused half a jar will keep very well in the fridge. Recommend.

Always be on list now as it’s simply the best pasta sauce for meatballs which is family friendly, we add a few multi sieved toms to make it go further and grated Parmesan and have it with the mini meatballs, cheesy garlic bread and grated cheddar. Never any left

I have tried countless pasta sauces for the grandchildren. They always want pasta sauce like they have in the restaurant. Finally found one they really enjoy. So much so they asked me to get it again.

I’m never without a couple of jars of this excellent basic tomato sauce, intense and very fresh tasting and after all, it’s easy to add garlic and herbs. Yes, it’s no longer £1 but it’s still great value as it’s quite concentrated and can easily be diluted a bit. Some other big name brands often taste insipid compared to this.
