Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 15-17 mins
Needs cooking
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging.
Place the scallops in an oven proof dish, shells down.
Add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water to the bottom of the dish and cover with aluminium foil.
Place dish in the centre of the oven.
Remove from oven and serve.
Do not reheat.
