Really tasty prawns
Really enjoyed these. Prawn cocktail with extra large prawns, and a flavourful sauce with just a little bit of kick. Also good to see rapeseed oil too which is an added benefit.

Not bad
Got this on flash sale so was a bit of a rush purchase. Love gambas pil pil, so was expecting a good hit of garlic amongst the heavy paprika - sadly mistaken. It does make a nice slight change to the standard marie rose, and we enjoyed the flavour, but it isn't anything much like pil pil. Quanitity and mix of prawns decent, though some were a bit tough. Also not happy to see rapeseed oil on the ingredient list, so unnecessarily unhealthy.
Dreadful taste
Tough prawns (rubbery even), sauce had crunchy bits of dried red pepper and chilli flakes in it, most unpleasant. Raw paprika flavour. Serves 2 for £5 is a joke, most people could probably eat 2 of these each, theyre tiny! Definitely a better bet to buy fresh prawns and just add a Marie Mose sauce to them for 25% of the price of these. Wouldnt want them if they were free.
