British duck breast fillets in a soy, honey and chilli glaze. Pan fry and oven cook in 29 minutes. Serves 2.

Instructions
Remove all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side. Preheat oven.
Fry and oven 29-33 mins; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
Medium 23 mins well done 27 mins
Place the duck breasts skin side up in the padded foil tray provided. Cook in the centre of the oven. Drain any excess juices from the tray and pour the contents of the sachet into the tray surrounding the duck.
Return to the oven for the final 5 mins.
After cooking, leave to rest for 5 mins.
Do not reheat.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6 mins
Score the skin of the duck breast and season with salt, if desired. Heat a dry frying pan to medium to high heat and place the duck breasts skin side down in the pan.
Cook for 5 mins until the skin turns golden brown then turn over and seal the meat for 1 min.

Bad
Bland, chewy, sauce didn't infuse into duck at all, tasted slightly fishy.
Delicious!
This was really good. Tasty duck and lovely sauce. I cooked it almost exactly as instructed, just added 6 baby plum tomatoes to the tray.
Very disappointing
I cooked for longer than recommended as I really don’t like pink duck, the meat was still moist but the fat was still flabby and slimey, just couldn’t get it to crisp up. Also the duck breasts were tiny. The duck had very little flavour and the sauce was quite bland too and there wasn’t enough sauce. I wouldn’t buy again.

m&s have not let us down with another tasty sauce , the duck breasts were a good size and plenty of sauce.

I cranked the heat up to 220 as the suggested temperature wasn't hot enough the first time and it left the skin a little fatty. Love the sauce, sliced thinly when cooked and served with steamed rice. If it wasn't for all the pepper it'd be a good substitute for a roast duck take-away.
Beautiful!
30 minutes in the oven and another 10 minutes with the sauce on and it was lovely. Portion sizes are about right for smallish appetites. Served with potatoes, veg and a Yorkshire pudding for good measure to make a lovely Sunday dinner. Definitely recommended.
