generous portion
Ours came completely squashed so couldnt serve them when friend was coming for dinner. They took a lot longer to cook and the bottom was stuck on the non stick baking tray, lost half the pastry. Could have been because they were squashed. A very generous portion and was tasty.
Generous and tasty
These were delicious, the filling was generous (which is often not the case with pastry wrapped mains) the sauce was delicious, the horseradish was not overpowering but balanced nicely. Will purchase again.
Delicious
Lovely flaky pastry, filled to the brim & the horseradish was not overpowering
tasty
I was a little taken aback by the cheesy smell as I wasnt expecting it but on closer inspection I could see it was in the sauce. I thought it was really tasty, good quality beef, no nasty bits. I didnt want to use an egg to brown up the pastry but a little milk wash did the job. I will get this again, and its something I couldnt be bothered to make myself so its a great thing to get in for those lazy days!
Very annoying incorrect cooking time
This is fairly tasty but the cooking time is very inaccurate so it is really annoying as rest of meal was spoilt as had to reheat all veg and potatoes etc I added 12 extra minutes to cook the pastry.
lovely!
We really enjoyed these, absolutely huge and quite sickly towards the end, I would have been happy with half however my husband demolished his! Followed instructions and egg washed prior to cooking and came out lovely and flakey
