Remove all packaging, put sachet to one side.
Add 1 tsp (5ml) of oil to the pan, heat until hot. Add chicken and tomatoes to the pan. Fry for 1 min each side on high heat, reduce heat and cook for a further 6 mins each side.
Pour sauce over chicken and continue to cook for 1 min stirring constantly. Wash hands in clean warm water after handling the sachet.
Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat.

I've had 3 out of this M&S cook range but won't be buying anymore. These were the best but still unimpressive for M&S and poor value. The tomatoes were delicious but the pesto overly salted. I'd recommend adding a few more sundried tomatoes if you have them to hand.
Not as expected
I was expecting a couple of chicken breasts but there were 4 slices in the box which if cooked as instructed would have been incinerated. Cooked for barely half the time and still a bit dry. Almost no tomato in the pack and the basil sauce was't great either. Won't be buying this again.
Delicious
I dont often write reviews but this deserves one. It was very tasty and I will be buying it again. Plenty of chicken and the flavours were fresh. I served it with new potatoes and greens.

Really delicious. I cooked it for slightly less than suggested only by a few minutes, and love them. Served with Roots Sweet Potato Garlic bites.
