Boil - From Chilled. 5 mins
Sauce only
Whilst the medallions are cooking, place the sachet in a pan of boiling water for 5 mins. To serve, place the medallions on a plate, and pour the sauce on top. Ensure product is piping hot and juices run clear before serving.; Cooking Instructions - General. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Do not reheat.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 10 mins
Needs cooking.
Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side.
Preheat frying pan over a high heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Pan fry medallions from chilled for 2 mins. Turn halfway through then reduce the heat to low and cook for a further 8 mins.

inedible
The pork was average but the flavor of the seasoning and the mushroom sauce were inedible. I had to throw it away. I dont usually write reviews but this was awful and had to share the feedback.

Awful
Cooked as per instructions but they ended up so chewy don't mind a bit chewy but this was inedible, they ended up in the bin. There is no way this is fillet. Part of a meal deal cook menu so ended up just eating veg and potatoes.

Not too happy
Didn’t find the pork to our satisfaction and in fact I threw half away. The sauce was a bit too strong for us too. Jk

I liked it!
Cooked in the air fryer, it was a bit chewy but I love that, the mushroom sauce was delicious, I will buy again, yummy!
