3. Close - remove backing tape and pull flap down to reclose.

Quality mature cheese
Love this cheese, yes maybe a little dry but personally l like it that way. Tasty in sandwiches and melts to perfection.
The best cheddar I have ever tasted
Expensive but oh-so worth it. This is the best cheddar I’ve ever tasted. Great for salads, sarnies, pizza toppings or just nibbling straight from the bag – naughty! Soft, moist, creamy and dreamy

a little dry
This M&S cheddar cheese comes already grated for ease of use. I usually find it more economical to grate my own and store it all in a sealed plastic box in my fridge. It is quite dry but is of a strong taste to my palate and is star of the show on my sandwiches. It is also handy to put under the grill for a lovely cheese on toast topped once done with Worcestershire sauce. Mmmm
Exorbitant price increase
Guys - this was already pricey. I used to buy regularly as a 'treat', but goodness me. It's a rip-off now.
