Lovely cheese
This is my all time favourite cheese. So smooth and strong could eat it with crackers or even just on its own mmm. delicious.

Dont get me wrong, this is nice cheese. But it doesnt melt as well as cathedral, it doesnt taste as creamy, and its twice the price.

This must be the best grated mature cheddar out there. Absolutely yummy. Sprinkle some on your pizza or just nibble it from the bag. Expensive but this is Rolls-Royce quality. Next order I will try the extra-mature version of this. Can it be even better?

So tasty. You only need a small amount I get the flavour so it’s great if you’re watching calories too.
Extremely salted
Not recommended to use for toddler/kids cooking as it is very salted. I ruined some scrambled eggs using that cheese.
