Great price
This Gram flour is really good other gram flours I've seen are made with yellow split peas which isnt good this one is perfect we make all different things chickpea chips chickpea burgers really great value would recommend
Horrible
I brought this purely because it is much larger than the brand I usually buy. The taste was awful. If I could describe what bleach taste like this was it. The cookies I made was equally disappointing as a result of this m and s chickpea flour
Besan! And a good one at that
If familiar with Indian cooking: Use it for laddoo, chillas, bhaaji, bhaji, zunka and pithla. Make nankhathais. Or use it in haldi ceremonies. If new: Toast the flour on low heat until it smells nutty and lovely. If it looks brown, you've unfortunately burnt it.
Good price.
Far better price than other brands. I've used it to make cakes, cookies and pizza bases.
Rare to find this (at a good price)
Theres lots you can do with gram flour. Onion bhajis, fritters, (gluten free) flat bread. But its way too expensive normally to buy, for what is a cheap staple. I hope M&S keeps stocking this.
Not for me.
Thought we'd give this flour a try and we were disappointed. We did not like this flour at all, felt it had a bitter taste, so it went in the bin.
