Chock full of Coriander
Nice tasty noodles and a good amount of edamame. well seasoned, however stuffed full of Coriander, which, if you have an aversion to like me, makes it very unpleasant! It feels like it should be billed as a Hoisin and Coriander Noodle Salad, but it could be just that I find it that foul it tastes worse!

This is my favourite of the small salad sides. The ingredients are lovely and crunchy, the noodles have never been soggy (and I've bought this many times) and the dressing is very tasty.
Tasty & filling combo of noodles & salad.
I buy this most weeks, its my fave M&S salad. It has enough noodles to be filling and enough salady bits to feel healthy. The coriander freshens it. Perfect lunch or tipped over half a pack of microwaved rice for a 2 minute main meal.
Grrr Coriander !
Ok I hate Coriander and this salad does have a little fresh Coriander in it but as the rest is so lovely I pretend it isnt there. Love the sticky sauce and noodles, if anyone knows an equivalent sauce that I can buy please say so, and the other ingredients make the dish light and fresh.
