Tasty
I love these crisps but they are a treat only now and again because they are so expensive.
kids love these
my kids love these for their pack lunches
Proper old fashioned crisps.
Proper old fashioned like some of the crisps from my childhood. I can see where the negative comments are coming from, but disagree
tasty
better than walkers. lovely taste of potatoe
Bitter oily flavour, rock hard, overpriced
These are NOTHING LIKE the crisps of the 1960's, which were Smiths as I remember it. These are tooth breakers, very hard. They taste bitter due to the cheap oil used and although they are hard like baked crisps they still retain grease. There is a tiny amount in each bag, about 1/4 filled, the rest is air. I have been seraching for decent crisps for a while, and these most certainly are not the ones. Overpriced and poor quality.
Like the crisps I remember from the 1960s
These are brilliant crisps. Old fashioned, some formed into bubbles, really crisp like they used to be in the old days and not like the soggy artificial creations of today. These took me right back - a pity they're not 4d (just under 2p) a bag as they used to be then though. Also a pity that they don't come in other flavours, or in a box (again, as some crisps used to) so that they arrive intact rather than looking as if they've had an encounter with a tractor. Love 'em though.
