Really nice
I bought this to make macadamia cookies - they were delicious. I made them for a gluten sensitive daughter but I could not tell any difference to ordinary flour
Fantastic find!
Tried this flour on a whim and I was so pleasantly surprised. My lemon cake was beautiful, couldn't find anything different from the the wheat one. A new staple in my larder!
the best gluten free flour
Well done to the product developers at M&S. this flour really does make cakes that are indistinguishable from their gluten equivalents
Excellent!
My neighbour made some currant buns for her coeliac daughter-in-law, and I was lucky enough to try one - absolutely delicious. She has used it for other things that have all turned out really well.
Best gluten free for baking
I've had consistently good results with this flour, from Victoria sponge to American style pancakes and other recipes that require self raising flour. The rise has always been good and the texture not as grainy as other gluten free flour. Let's hope that Ocado keep stocking it!
Great cakes
I normally buy the Freee brand but bought this when the other one was out of stock. It performed just as well in cakes and is good value
