This dispenser looks beautiful but mine seeped black mold. I washed it, used bleach, etc. but still mold. I do not recommend this product. Ocado was wonderful as always and issued a full refund.

Looks Great

Looks good and seems to be good quality. I wash it out before filling it back up and no problems with use. Love the marble and hoes well with my bathroom. Have now purchased the soap dish and the toilet holder.

Unfortunate side effect

I bought this dispenser along with the matching toothbrush holder a couple of months ago and they both look really nice in my bathroom. But recently i have noticed a foul smell coming from this soap dispenser, looking closer some of the lines on the marble on the side and bottom have turned black and the smell of the soap inside is so bad it made me gag when i opened it up. It's filled with regular carex soap so i'm pretty sure it's not that, it must be some kind of mold contaminating the inside of the dispenser and I don't think i can carry on using it. This should be looked at closely and taken out of sale as it's a really bad side effect of the product.
