Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. Preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on rack. Turn occasionally. Cook for 15 mins.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Place on baking tray. Place directly on oven shelf. Turn halfway through cooking time. Cook for 20 mins.
200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas 6; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil, in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat. Turn occasionally. Cook for 14 mins.

Lovely sausages but
I have previously cooked these lovely sausages on the bbq a few times but I cooked them in the oven tonight and they definitely take longer than the cooking instructions on the back of the packet. It states 20 minutes and turn halfway through, but I am cooking them for another 10 mins and they still look pale. Lovely sausages but oven cooking instructions are incorrect. Maybe the instructions should be 20 mins each side?
