Instructions
Boil - From Ambient. 20-25 mins
Bring a pan of water to the boil. Plunge potatoes into water and bring back to the boil.
Reduce heat and simmer. Drain.; Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Preheat oven. Preheat some oil in a roasting tin. Spread potatoes evenly in roasting tin and baste. Roast uncovered. Turn once during cooking or until golden.
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 25-35 mins; Steam - From Ambient. 25-30 mins
Place in steamer.
Or until tender.

Take forever to cook
Most mouldy 1 day after delivery.

Nice!
Lovely wee potatoes. Delicious with some butter, chives, mint etc. Id advise checking during cooking, I think the time stated is a little too long.

great little potatoes!
Perfectly sized little potatoes and absolutely no quality issues. I roasted them whole with rosemary and they went down a storm!

Quality needs attention
Nice flavour. I bought two packets but some were unusable as just black ends of potatoes. Put in to make up weight? Shame as did enjoy them and would probably buy again in the hope that not as much wastage.
