Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 25-30 mins
Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray. Brush product with a little oil or melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 20-25 mins
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Turn occasionally.

Suitable for freezing. For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze.
