Outstanding, glorious!
I received these as a substitution for Ethical Food Company's organic apples and they are just as delicious and, like Ethical Food Company's entire organic fruit range, they are packed in a cardboard box not plastic - hoorah! Just like Ethical Food Company, these organic apples have an exquisite full flavour with a perfect balance of sweetness and tang - the depth of flavour and texture is exceptional. They are consistently fresh, crisp, crunchy and juicy. I love these in equal measure to Ethical Food Company, so I now buy both brands alongside each other. I love Ethical Food Company's entire (large) fruit range and their ethical credentials, so it's good to have M&S supplying organic produce in ethical packaging. Win win!
hardly any flavour
Arrived bruised, cut out the bruising, seemed crisp and fresh but literally tasted of almost nothing! Unusual for organic, which usually taste better. Not worth the price.
Italian delicious apples, so what?
I mean, complaining that these are Italian and on how the actual apples taste. What is wrong with some people.
Great taste
Nice organic apples
Really nice, but 30% markup on M\x26S retail?
Really nice apples, but these retail for £2.30 in my local M&S versus £3 on Ocado. A 30% markup on an item with lower overheads than the physical shops is just a rip off.
not british
utterly deceiving. ocado fix the description, these are Italian apples.
