Excellent quality
These are excellent quality bacon lardons. I use these in a wide variety of recipes as they always add great flavour.

Id have bought these if they had no fat on However, if they couldnt sell these without the fat I suppose I might reconsider if they were sold without the bacon in

Nitrates
I would have bought these lardons if they were nitrate free. Shame there's not a choice of Nitrate free...
