Unwrap cheese from the film.
Cut the top rind making a cross
Place the cheese in wooden dish on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Ensure that cheese is smooth and lump free.
If not, return to the oven and bake for a further 5 minutes.
Stir and serve immediately.

Creamy, gooey baked cheese
I've had quite a few baked camembert, i liked this one for its almost mozzarella consitany when baked, mild flavour but great paired with the right bread.

We baked it and dipped crusty baguette in it and had cranberry sauce on the side and it was so yummy! I was concerned that it might be too rich and strong flavoured but it was actually a really pleasant mild flavour. So creamy and gooey. Also so simple to cook. I wish this was in stock all the time!
