Preparation and Usage
Oven
Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 30-35 mins
What you'll need: 1 bottle Percy Piglets™ blondie baking mix
170g unsalted butter, melted
2 medium eggs
24cm x 24cm baking tin
Greaseproof paper
Mixing bowl
Wooden spoon
Method: Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas mark 5. Line the baking tin with the greaseproof paper. Add all of the ingredients from the bottle (you may need to break up the sugar layer with the end of your wooden spoon to avoid lumps in the batter). Pour the melted butter and the eggs into the mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Pour the mixture into the lined tin and smooth out evenly. Bake in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes if you'd like the brownies more gooey, or 35 minutes if you'd prefer them more cake-like. Remove from the oven. Leave to cool in the tin, then cut into squares and enjoy!

Grandchildren love making these
This item is by The Bottled Baking Co and they make a wide range of these 'bottles' and I was delighted to see these available in Ocado/M&S. I purchased these immediately as they are always an instant hit with the grand children and I am told they are SO good. I hope Ocado/M&S continue selling this range and maybe in a wider range of items to bake !

percy pig heaven!
I hope these come back into stock or I can buy the ingredients separately. Literally heaven and disappeared very fast in a house full of Percy fans.

fun to make but taste awful
This was a fun activity for 30 mins with the kids but the end product was so overly sweet and tasted so artificial that no one wanted to eat them!

Love it
I love Percy and these blondies are just amazing! Not too sickly- I love the chewy fruity pieces and the texture is fab!
