Cook on high (100%).
Place half a pack into a microwaveable container. Cover with a microwaveable plate.

900W 3 mins
Remove from microwave and stir thoroughly.
Return to microwave and cook further:

After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min.
Larger quantities of product will require longer cooking. Stir thoroughly.

unpleasant
I bought these as a time saver for a midweek meal that we do regularly using petit pois and leeks. The petit pois were huge and thick skinned and the leeks unforgettable. We won't be buying this again unfortunately.
Great & versatile
These are so yummy. Cant understand the bad reviews. Theyre for microwave though, so maybe those who dont like them are boiling them!
pointless
A bit pointless. Frozen peas, with a few slices of leeks and cabbage. Once boiled, it tastes of nothing - the lumps of butter disperse into the water. I will stick to frozen peas and add any bits myself.

More cabbage than leeks. Should have read the ingredients. Trading standards needs to have a word.
Really Horrible
I cannot understand the glowing reviewsI dont have a microwave, not problem, but on putting it into a pan to defrost & cook I was amazed to see rather large green bits and discovered to my horror in small print was the word CABBAGE. No mention of cabbage in the title, just a horrid surprise when I started cookingthis is NOT a nice productthe seasoning is nonexistent so plenty of salt & pepper neededI picked out all the cabbage before serving & gave it to my hens who, seemingly, loved it.

excellent as base for soup in pressure cooker. I can't eat onion this was excellent with a bag of flash sale carrots stock cube and some flash sale herbs
