Instructions

Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 19 mins
Needs Cooking. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging.
Place Kyivs on preheated baking tray.
After cooking, allow to stand for 2 mins.
Do not reheat.

nice as a treat

Got these in for Xmas to have a nibbles. Really enjoyed them, nice crunch on the outside and tasty garlicky sauce inside. I wouldnt have regularly as trying to not have too much ultra processed stuff and there are some ingredients that fall under that.

Delicious, but...

These are very tasty, but also very salty. Not great for anyone trying to cut down on salt! They also contain methylcellulose, which studies have linked to gut inflammation.

Oh my

Absolutely delicious. I can't recommend these enough The texture and taste are incredible I am a flexitarian, and these would possibly fool meat eaters they are that good Top tier

Not for me

These had a nice texture, crispy coating on the outside but not too 'processed' feeling...however I didnt like the flavour, the garlic is almost too bitter. I think this is a situation where non dairy alternatives don't work very well. I tried 3 but will be throwing the rest away
