Yes it is bland but I kind of liked it.
The only reason I am giving this a 4 is that I kind of like bland simple food sometimes. Yes, this is as other reviewers have described bland, tasteless and plastic but fine if you need a light late lunch snack. Cheap, low in calories and fine. Doesn't mess too much. I ate it cold.
palm oil \- no no
Won't be ordering these whilst they have palm oil in ("sustainable" or not)
bland but inoffensive
Utterly tasteless and therefore pointless.
Dry and not well seasoned
I concur with others that these were dry and flavourless. They weren't super offensive, but wouldn't be eager to have again.
too sweet, no seasoning
Really, really disappointed with these, especially when compared to what else is available. The sausage seems to have red onion in it, which is far too sweet, and there isn't enough salt. The pastry eats ok but now I have a fatty feeling in my mouth. Definitely wouldn't buy again.
These rolls need much more seasoning
This may help the bland taste. I eat my rolls cold however, the pastry was dense and claggy, perhaps warming them through would help the texture. Nowhere near some of the other foods from this range.
