How to Cook the Perfect Tomapork

Remove from packaging and place butter to one side.
Fry & Oven Cook
Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas 6 and frying pan to high heat. Remove string from herb bouquet and add to the pan with 15ml oil. Add tomapork to the pan and cook on fat edge for 2 mins, before frying for 2 mins on each side. Transfer to foil lined baking tray then place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 10 mins, turn, add butter to tomapork and cook for a further 10 mins.
After cooking leave to stand for 2 mins and remove bone before serving.
Do not reheat.

Remove all packaging. Preheat frying pan to high. Preheat oven to Electric 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Place butter to one side. Remove string from herb bouquet and add to pan with 5ml oil.
Step 2
Add Tomapork to pan, cook on fat edge for 2 mins then 2 mins on either side. Transfer to foil lined baking tray and place in oven. Oven cook for 15 mins, turn, add butter to Tomapork and cook for a further 15 mins.
Step 3
After cooking leave to stand for 2 mins and remove bone before serving.
Do Not Reheat.
