Instructions
Barbecue - From Chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, cooking temperatures and weather conditions. Place kebabs on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high heat gas BBQ. Turn frequently and cook until until piping hot throughout.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking. This product needs to be fully cooked. For best results Fry and Oven cook.
Remove all packaging and set glaze sachet aside\
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 12-14 mins
Preheat grill to high. Place kebabs on a foil lined baking tray. Turn halfway through cooking. Pour half of the heated glaze evenly over the kebabs for the last 3 mins of cooking. Remove from grill. Rest for 2 mins and serve with the remaining glaze drizzled over the kebabs.; Microwave - From Chilled. Glaze sachet only
750W 1 min, 50 secs
900W 1 min, 40 secs
Empty contents of sachet into a microwaveable dish. Cook on high (100%). Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 12 mins
Transfer kebabs to a foil lined baking tray and drizzle glaze evenly over the kebabs. Place in a preheated oven for 12 mins. Remove from oven and rest for 2 mins. Pour over any remaining sauce to serve.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8 mins
Preheat frying pan or griddle pan to high. Add 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil and heat until smoking. Place kebabs into the pan and cook for 8 mins, turning occasionally.

Rubbish!
These are not rump steak but actually beef brisket and very dry, we couldn’t even eat them.

awful
Its like theyre already pre cooked which makes them impossible to cook. Inevitably they come out rock solid and grainy even with the lightest cooking. The sauce is also gloopy and pure sugar. At £12 probably the worst value Ive bought from Ocado in 10 years shopping with them.

Nice in oven
A little surprised that recommended cooking method is oven/fried for kebabs on large wooden skewers. But the oven method worked well for me. Served with hoisin sauce and fried rice. The beef has a nice texture and flavour, concentrated and not too dry.
