M&S Select Farms 2 British Outdoor Bred Pork Chops Thick Cut 450g

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Cooking Instructions 
Remove all packaging and preheat oven. 
Preheat frying pan over a high heat. Rub each chop with 5ml of oil and season with salt and pepper. Pan fry over high heat for 2 mins each side. Turn chops upwards onto rind and fry for further 1min. Remove from pan and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of oven. 
Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving. 
Do not reheat.
