Do not reheat; Grill - From Chilled. Cooks in 8 mins on medium heat. To ensure crispy rind cook for a further 2 mins. Turn halfway thorough cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6-7 mins

Terrible gammon steaks
They just disintegrated before they even hit the frying pan - total mess and very disappointing. Also very fatty. I expect more from M& food especially given the price of this product.
Tasty, great texture.
Not too salty. An identifiable piece of meat. A little fat on the edge that crisped up when grilled. I've bought this multiple times in the last two or three years and it is consistently good. A reasonably long shelf life too,

My husband loves these and the unsmoked ones equally. They are large, lean and succulent with a delicious full flavour. Even better, they are British Outdoor Bred. Outstanding.

Worst Gammon steaks we've ever had. Bought thinking that the were M&S quality. British Outdoor Bred I can only think that they'd spent a lot of time in the rain as they were full water (9%) They were so thin, chewy and tasteless that I won't be buying from M&S again
