M&S Select Farms 6 British Outdoor Bred Pork Loin Medallions 300g

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Grill - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Place medallions onto a rack and place under a preheated grill for 8-10 mins. Turn halfway through cooking. Rest for 5 mins before serving.
Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat.
