Instructions
Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove packaging and slice pork into 15mm thick medallions. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, lightly season pork and fry for 5-7 mins until cooked, turning occasionally. Do not reheat.

I chose this expensive M and S pork loin over the cheaper Ocado equivalent (£5.50/kg cheaper) as I’m on a medically necessary low fat diet.
The loin delivered was covered in fat and had fat running through it. It took quite a while to cut out as much fat as possible and I was left with a very messy piece of meat, of which I felt confident eating only a third. It tasted lovely and was very tender, and my partner enjoyed eating the rest. However, I wouldn’t have chosen it in the shop and wouldn’t buy again through Ocado. I would buy direct from M and S though, if I was visiting a larger store.
