Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Then: Place onto a baking tray on middle shelf of oven for 12 mins. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6 Rest for 2 mins before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 5 mins Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, season steaks. Fry on a high heat 2 mins each side. Turn steak onto fat edge and fry for further 1 min.

See the picture of the steaks showing nearly100% meat. My experience was a fat riddled pair of steaks. As I don't eat fat, I cut it off and weighed it. 150 grams out of 300 grams total weight !! Didn't even look like loin steaks. And this is supposedly the best that M&S can do! Buying in an M&S store you would never pick this up! Is M&S swindling Ocado customers? Yes absolutely
