awful
Very tough and salty. Threw away as inedible
urgh, weirdly fatty.
This was the fattiest gammon Ive ever tasted. Don't get me wrong, I quite like the taste of the fat on the outside of gammon but this seemed to have throughout the meat as well, it was really strange, and not very nice at all. I wouldn't buy this again. Put most of it in the bin.
Really Good
I have cooked 2 of these in the air fryer and both times they have been perfect. Not too salty or fatty.
weirdly spongy
This had a very weird texture when cooked. I baked for 1 hr 15 in oven but it was very fatty and the meat was very pink, spongy and open textured. Looked like very cheap ham that wasnt well cured. Cannot recommend.
salty
Very salty for unsmoked. Not as tender as I thought it would be cooked in recommended way. Perfect size though. Beautifully presented.
Absolutely awful
Last piece was obviously 3 bits of meat stuck together. Cooked horribly. Tough as old boots. Just awful. Shame on M&S for selling this garbage.
