Preparation and Usage
Directions for Use - Pour a button-sized drop onto wash cloth or sponge, work into a lather, smooth over skin, then rinse with water. As it is formulated without the sulphates SLS and SLES, it is lower in foam than SLS- or SLES-containing equivalents products.

Cream wash good but packaging a problem.
Even when stored upside down squeezing the sturdy plastic bottle to get the thick product out was difficult. Because of that struggle I wasted quite a lot. - Needs to be in a more pliable container or tube.

Definitely sensitive
If even my delicate parts don't find it painful then this is definitely a good product for sensitive skin. The cap is one that you press the edge of to open, however, and it had come open in transit. Not much had leaked as the shower cream is somewhat sludgy which makes it something of a pain to squeeze out. The manufacturer may wish to consider changing the cap to make it both more secure in transit and easier to use in the shower.
