Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. This product must be cooked before consumption.
Needs cooking
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cook on high (100%). Remove all packaging.
Discard foil tray and place sauce sachet to one side. Empty contents of pouch into microwaveable dish. Cover and cook for:
750W, 4 mins
900W, 3 mins
Remove from microwave and drain juices into a jug.
Pour contents of sauce sachet over the beef along with 3 tbsp of drained juices and cook for:
750W, 3 mins
900W, 3 mins; Oven cook - From Chilled. 25 mins, Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Transfer the beef and juices into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 20 mins. Remove from oven and drain juices into a jug. Pour contents of sauce sachet over the beef along with 2-3 tbsp of the drained juices. Cook uncovered for 5 mins. Remove from oven. Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving.
