Cooking Instructions - General. This product must be cooked before consumption. This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours).
Needs cooking.
Remove product from box and place the sauce sachet to one side.
For best results oven cook.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W, 6 mins
900W, 5 mins
Decant the contents of the pouch into a microwaveable dish. Cover and cook on high (100%). Carefully remove from microwave and discard cooking juices. Shred meat with 2 forks. Open the sachet of sauce, pour over the meat and stir, ensuring that the sauce is mixed throughout the shredded meat. Return to the microwave uncovered and cook further:
750W, 1 min
900W, 1 min
After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins and stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 35 mins
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
Preheat oven. Decant the contents of the pouch into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25 mins. Remove from oven and discard half of the cooking juices. Shred meat with 2 forks and stir. Open the sachet of sauce, pour over the meat and stir, ensuring that the cooking juices and sauce are mixed throughout the shredded meat. Cook uncovered for a further 10 mins.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing. For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately.
Defrost thoroughly before use.
