Fantastic Gadget!
I tried my new corkscrew last night and it worked perfectly! I am unsure why others had a problem with it ?? It is very strong and looks like it will last awhile . I had no trouble with screwing into cork and worked easily to bring cork out. If I had any complaint it is a bit on the heavy side but better than being too flimsy .
Too blunt
Penetrated 1 out of 3 corks on first using. Then I threw it away. Product well engineered and sturdy but not properly tested I would say . Expensive but useless.
Does the job well
Good sharp point which pierces the cork well. Useful to take on holiday as not too bulky.
Blunt tip
Corkscrew too blunt and thick to pierce a cork well
