Instructions
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on baking tray.
After 20 mins, remove film and continue to cook for further 10 mins.
After cooking, allow to stand for 1 min, then stir.
Do not reheat.

Quite bare
Calling this dish a pasta bake is very generous, because the cheese and pesto are so scarce that the dish doesn't really benefit from being baked in the oven. Might as well save on energy and heat it up in a pan, or better yet, make an upgraded version from scratch - it would be cheaper and only take a few minutes of work. I'd only recommend this product for the times when those few minutes would be too much time or effort.
Not much flavor
So glad we had this on a flash sale, it was just tomato pasta. So little flavor to it I'm not sure I'd buy it again even at half price.
Tasty and convenient.
If going on taste 5 stars going on value 4 stars. Bought in the flash sale quite a while ago. I put it in the freezer not realising that you cannot freeze it. I have no idea why not.....Anyway the freezing did not do any harm what so ever. I gave it to my son to take home as I did not think it would be ate here its a big portion. They said it was really tasty and said they knew it was M&S because it was good quality. They said they really enjoyed it. I thought to be honest it looked very poor. I could not see the value in this meal at all. Yes its 1.2kg of pasta but Its way too expensive for what it is. I agree with another reviewer buy tin of tomatoes and add mozzarella and some pesto yourself it would be much cheaper. But I suppose it's the convenience of it that you are paying for.
Shame it cannot be delivered without being danaged
I do like this family range its a convenient mid week meal. Unfortunately I can only now purchase from M&S as it is always poorly packed for delivery. PS your drivers are always very careful with the shopping but if its put in a bag on its side it will always split or the contents will be at one side of the pack.
Disappointing
We didn't think much of this, to be honest. Not much to it at all. Needs more cheese and sauce. I think we would make it ourselves next time, but with more lavish toppings. Certainly wouldn't take long.
lovely quick meal
I really enjoyed this, I added some extra cheese, cherry tomatoes, and cracked black pepper to the top to cover all the pasta, as I don't like hard pasta. I served with chicken, garlic bread, salad, and coleslow. I got on flash sale, but I would pay full price for a quick mid week meal. It was tasty, and I could taste the pesto. I thought it was evenly spread. Yes, I can probably make my own to suit my preferred taste, but we all enjoyed it. Our meal served 2 adults and three small children - with the extras. There was some left over for the 2x children lunch box the next day.
