Heat gently, stirring occasionally.
Bring to boil. Serve immediately.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 6 mins
900W 5 mins, 30 secs
Place on a microwaveable plate. Break tab, remove lid from pot then place back on top before microwaving. Stir halfway through heating time. Cook on high (100%). Allow to stand for 2 mins after heating and then stir thoroughly. Guide for one pack only.
Do not remove from the microwave until after 2 mins stand time. Take care when removing hot liquids from microwave as packaging may soften slightly.

Nice soup but design flaw is a safety issue
The lid can be popped off without breaking the tab that's supposed to seal it. I noticed in the past the lid came open as I was trying to break the tab, but now had one delivered with the lid popped up on one side and leaking with the tab still intact.

Absolutely delicious, the best mushroom soup I've ever had. Not sure if it's the white wine, but it has a decadent flavour, almost like a mushroom risotto. Will definitely repurchase.

My husband enjoys this and its a great lunch ( with a crusty roll for mopping up !)Its quite expensive and I do make my own soup so I tend to buy it when on a flash sale so I feel less guilt about being lazy

A really tasty vegan mushroom soup, with nice pieces of mushroom in there too. I have also used it as a quick sauce for pasta, and that's actually really delicious.
